H&M store in India

Though not excited, am definitely looking forward to see where Hennes & Mauritz (H&M) is gonna open its first store in India. My bet is on Bangalore and Mumbai. H&M is the second largest fashion retailer in the world. It might offer some good deals and have advantage on its side as India is pretty closer to China. My observation so far is that material supply for H&M is majorly from China, Bangladesh and some cotton clothing from India. I wonder if one has to go ga-ga over this store? Apart from H&M, there is one more Swedish giant trying to land in India. It is IKEA. Definitely a "watch out" outlet for cool home and office decor.

Dot Seven thirty I was in the Bus. I make sure I leave early so that I reach office early. Just a delay of about fifteen minutes usually costs an hour delay due to the slow moving traffic. So a better deal is to leave early. But today was a very unlikely day. Despite all my pre plans, I got stuck in a slooooow moving terrific traffic that in turn inspired this month's blog post :). Neither I've complaints about the traffic nor any suggestion to get out of it. First task is pretty boring and the latter is laborious. Just an observation i'd love to put up. When I got stuck in the traffic, I was about 3km away from my work place. Most of the people opted to walk rather waiting in the bus, so did I. ಹಾಡು, ಇದೇ ಹೊಸ ಹಾಡು

'ಹಾಡೊಂದ ಹಾಡುವೆ ನೀ ಕೇಳು ಮಗುವೇ' .... ಯಾರ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯವಿದು ನೆನಪಾಯ್ತ? ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿದಿದ್ರೆ ನನ್ನ ಅಭಿನಂದನೆಗಳು. ಇದು ಅರ್.ಎನ್. ಜಯಗೋಪಾಲ ಅವರು ನಮಗಾಗಿ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಹೋಗಿರುವ ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಗೀತೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು. ಇಂತಹ ಹಾಡನ್ನ ಕೇಳುವುದರಷ್ಟೇ ಆನಂದ ಅದನ್ನ ಬರೆದವರ ನೆನೆಯುವುದರಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಅವರ ಕಲಾ ಸೇವೆಗೆ ನಾವು ತೋರಬಹುದಾದ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತೆ ಅದು. ಹಳೆಯ ಹಾಡುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅದೇನು ಮೋಡಿ ಇತ್ತು! ಗೀತೆ ಪರಿಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಲು ಬೇಕಾದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪರಿಕರಗಳನ್ನ ಹೇಗೆ ಅವರು ಹೊಂದಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರೋ! ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂಗೀತ ಪೈಪೋಟಿ ಮಾಡಿತ್ತೇನೋ ಆಗ. ಗೀತೆಗಳ ಅರ್ಥದ ಆಳ ಅಪಾರ. ವಿಶ್ಲೇಷಿಸುವ ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಾಗಲಿ, ಹೋಗಲಿ ಸಮಯ ಯಾರಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ? ಹಾಗಂತ ಸರಸ್ವತೀ ಪುತ್ರರ ಸೇವೆಯನ್ನ ಮರೆತರೆ ಭಾಷೆ, ಸಂಸ್ಕೃತಿ ಬೆಳೆಯುವುದೇ? ಅದೇನೆ ಇರಲಿ. ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದ ಮಟ್ಟಿಗೆ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯವನ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ಸಾಹಿತಿಗಳನ್ನ ಉಳಿಸಿ ಬೆಳೆಸಲು ನಾವು ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಿಸಬೇಕಲ್ಲವೇ? ಸಧ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನನ್ನದೊಂದು ಪುಟ್ಟ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನ. ಲಭ್ಯವಾದ ಹಾಡಿನ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ ಪತ್ರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನಿಮ್ಮ ನೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಹಾಡು ಮತ್ತದರ ಚರ್ಚೆಗೆ ಆದರದ ಸ್ವಾಗತ. ಹಾಡು: ಇದೇ ಹೊಸ ಹಾಡು * ಚಿತ್ರ: ನನ್ನ ತಮ್ಮ * ಹಾಡಿದವರು: ಪಿ. ಬಿ. ಎಸ್ ಸಾಹಿತ್ಯ: ಕಣಗಾಲ್ ಪ್ರಭಾಕರ್ ಶಾಸ್ತ್ರಿ * ಸಂಗೀತ: ಘಂಟಸಾಲ ಇದೇ ಹೊಸ ಹಾಡು, ಹೃದಯ ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹಾಡು ಹೃದಯಾಷೆ ಭಾಷೆ ಈ ಹಾಡು { ಇದೇ ಹೊಸ } ಮನದೆ ನೆನೆದ ಮಾತುಗಳೆಲ್ಲ ಮಧುವಾಗಿ ಸವಿಯುವ ಹಾಡು ಸವ
